Why do we need PCBA inspection?

1、In order to increase product qualification rate

Improved the qualification rate of product means that the repair rate of product will be declined. Testing is a part of the entire process of PCBA, which is an important means of controlling product quality.

2、For a better user experience

If the conditions permit, each product must do the basic test, such as ICT test, FCT test, Fatigue test, Extreme test in a harsh environment, aging test and so on. Only after testing will we be at ease. Only when the products can stand the test will our users like them. If any problems are found in the testing process, we can make timely adjustments so that the whole product will be more perfect, or we will avoid the serious consequences after the products are put on the market.
