Detailed information
Through Hole PCB Assembly
Through-hole technology is deployed in many critical electronic assemblies. It is commonplace in power supplies and ruggedized electronic modules. At WPS we also have specialist expertise and experience of through-hole LED assembly, with a capacity of 30,000 component insertions per hour. Our capability is supported by automated insertion equipment that delivers consistent assembly performance.

NOD Electronics fully show respect to your strict confidentiality of documentation and procedures and has formalized a range of control process that can ensure customer products in delivery of good quality. We will operate the process during Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), Outgoing Quality Assurance (OQA) etc stages and management methods ISO, 7 sigma, PDCA.
NOD Electronics has a vastly experienced workforce in hand assembly and hand soldering of components. In addition NOD Electronics can offer automated component insertion of both axial and radial components and automated dual wave flow solder.
NOD Electronics staff are trained to IPC 610 Standards and offer a consistently high quality standard. Inevitably with through-hole jobs there is an element of interpretation of the customers’ requirements and it is by attention to detail and careful recording of the specific requirements of each assembly that we are able to offer a consistently high quality product.
In addition to offering the all types of through-hole assembly, NOD Electronics also offers useful additional services for final finishing of the product. Conformal coating and complete PCB encapsulation.
