  • BGA layout should be at least 5mm away from the screw to avoid the BGA corner close to the screw. The BGA is close to the screw, and the solder joint is cracked in the BGA after the PCBA is mounted.

  • The heat sink screw is close to the BGA, causing the solder joint around the BGA to break.

  • The chip capacitor layout is near the charging terminal, screw, button or socket, causing the chip capacitor to crack.
